Scaling Framework & Programme

Programme Overview

  • Kick-off & Orientation. In the first week, participants will meet their mentors and fellow innovators. We’ll introduce the GrowthSprint Framework, set ambitious goals, and engage in team-building activities to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Ideation & Market Research. Weeks two and three will be dedicated to intensive brainstorming sessions and comprehensive market analysis. Teams will identify target customers, refine value propositions, and develop their GrowthSprint Canvas.
  • Product Development & Marketing Strategy. In weeks four and five, teams will participate in design thinking workshops, rapid prototyping, and digital marketing strategy sessions. They’ll identify key marketing channels and create engaging content and social media plans tailored to internal projects.
  • Sales Strategy & Financial Planning. Weeks six and seven focus on optimizing sales processes and mastering lead generation tactics. Participants will build robust financial models, plan budgets, forecast growth, and prepare compelling presentations for internal stakeholders.
  • Operations & Strategic Partnerships. During weeks eight and nine, teams will develop scalable operational plans, learn supply chain management, and forge valuable internal partnerships. Networking within the company will open collaboration opportunities across different departments.
  • Pitch Preparation & Demo Day. The final weeks are dedicated to pitch preparation, refinement, and rehearsals. Teams will craft captivating pitch decks, hone storytelling and presentation skills, and prepare for Q&A sessions with internal stakeholders. The programme culminates in a Demo Day where teams showcase their projects to company leadership, celebrating their achievements and planning the next steps with expert advice.

Ongoing Support

After the programme ends, we provide quarterly review meetings to track progress and address challenges. Participants will have continued access to our network of internal mentors and advisors, as well as ongoing learning opportunities through specialized workshops and seminars. Our internal alumni network will facilitate continuous collaboration and support across the organization.
